Mobile Ticketing

ShoWare's mobile ticketing feature allows patrons to order, pay for, obtain and validate tickets from any location at any time using mobile devices. Ticket purchase via mobile device is becoming more important every day. In a recent poll of ShoWare customers, several venues reported web traffic via mobile device at over 30%. That's a compelling statistic. ShoWare's mobile ticketing allows patrons to purchase and have tickets delivered when, how and where they want. ShoWare's new Mobile ticketing increases customer convenience by providing new and simple ways to purchase tickets for events.

With no application to download and store on their mobile device, ShoWare's mobile ticketing is available to all your patrons no matter what phone, tablet or device they use to access your site.

When patrons access your site from their mobile device, they will be prompted to select an event. They will then be taken to the list of performances to choose from. Once a performance is selected, the patron can select their seat type, price level and quantity. Patrons will then be given the option to sign in with their Facebook account to complete their purchase. Upon paying for their tickets, they will also be given the option to share their purchase on their Facebook timeline.
